Merry Christmas! We are so excited about what God is doing, giving the elderly a purpose through prayer!
Christmas was incredible! We saw four people give their lives to Jesus, and two veterans who had not seen each other since the Vietnam War realized that they had been living in the same nursing home and they hadn’t seen each other since! One of them had been praying and crying out to the Lord that the other one would be saved. That wouldn’t have happened unless they had come to the prayer service. Prayer really brings people together.
As we dream that God would lay hold of the elderly, that they would see dreams in his heart and minister to him, we’ve been continuing to pour into the young people that they would see the vision of God’s heart, that they would be raised up as singers, musicians and watchmen with strength in this hour when the dark is getting darker. We know all the more we need to be praying for the church, that she will be ready. We know God will have a pure and spotless bride. So 26 years later, the prayer with worship has not stopped and we continue in night and day prayer.
